Sean Napoles

Sean Napoles is the founder and president of Career Brokers.  He is a CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and has a BA Degree in Psychology.

Sean has over 16 years as an executive recruiter and has a proven track record of successfully filling searches where others have failed.  He has conducted thousands of searches for clients that include most of the Fortune 500.

Currently, Sean is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC), the Metropolitan Area Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC), and the Top Echelon Network (America’s leading placement network).

Since joining Top Echelon in 2001, Sean has been an award winning top producer.  In 2006, he won the #1 spot for “Split Placement Producer of the Year” (out of 1,500+ recruiters).
